Personally my favorite themes are bimbofication (like http://amychapperstgcaptions.blogspot.com/2017/08/chav-blackmail.html) , family-themed caps, and multiple transformations (like http://amychapperstgcaptions.blogspot.com/2017/07/fitting-in.html) to go with common tropes like sissy/forced feminization. There are also a few things I think you do well that you should consider doing. One is "chav" caps (like http://amychapperstgcaptions.blogspot.com/2017/08/chav-in-hiding.html) - you had a week in early August with some great images/stories based on this theme, and it's also a unique one in my view. Another is multi-part stories, which you've done on and off and could be fun to see a bigger story be built. But in general, I think you do a great job and whatever inspires you should be what you produce!

One really kinky idea I read a while back that you may like, but was a little darker was a guy was forced into a corset for a long time and fed a high fat diet. That and hormones accelerated the changes because the corset kept the new weight from going to his waist, leaving growth the the breasts, butt and thighs.
